We are pleased to share information regarding a proposed mixed-use development located at the corner of Concession 7 and Old Hwy 24 on the north end of Waterford, Ontario.  The proposed development would include a mixture of needed facilities and amenities, retail and services, employment opportunities and various housing options. Input from various sources, research and planning will allow for a balanced approach to be taken. 

Planning Phase:

Please note that the proposed development is currently in the initial planning phase and is a long term visionary plan.  This means that while we have preliminary concepts and a variety of possibilities, the final design and layout are subject to change.  The planning phase involves several stages, including but not limited to studies, consultations, preliminary design and regulatory approvals.

We value the input of stakeholders (community, governing bodies, organizations, builders, trades, suppliers, customers, investors, owners, etc.).  Throughout the planning phase, we will provide updates to keep the various stakeholders informed and engaged.

Design and Layout: The initial possibilities, designs, layouts, renderings, etc. presented are conceptual and may undergo modifications.  Factors influencing changes include but are not limited to regulatory requirements, engineering assessments, market conditions and feedback.

Amenities, Features and Facilities: The amenities, features and facilities shown in our promotional materials are for discussion purposes.  Adjustments may be made to better meet community needs and project feasibility.

Timeline: Project timelines, including start and completion dates, are estimates and may shift due to a number of different factors.
